Role Description
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our Bekasi Barat, Indonesia team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a passionate individual to gain hands-on experience in various HR tasks and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Highly preferred: Knowledge of HR principles and practices, familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including Xlookup and pivot tables).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Final-year student (D3/S1) in Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Information System or a related field.
- Openness to learning and willingness to take on new challenges especially on data and reporting's.
